Rarely do you find people of our age or younger coming to terms with Addiction. That's good that he found Recovery. It gives me better feelings on what happened to him as well. One of my friends, in The Program, and I were talking about a guy that had just found Recovery or the Program, and he died a few weeks later. My friend stated "What timing, he could have kept on drinking and not have had to get sober". I told him "No, I didn't think so. What greatness! He found peace and the monkeys were off his back!" If I were to die today I would know NOW that I walked the right path. Two and a half years ago I wouldn't know. To give you peace of mind about your brother..
If he was in Recovery then He found Clarity Peace Serenity.

God bless him and I am so glad to know that he had found peace. The thing that strikes me is that people think dying is a bad thing. The truth is that life is hard....we are put here to do the work and passing on is the reward for doing that work. Perhaps he had reached perfection in God's eyes and He did not want him corrupted again by mankind. I guess the bottom line is that we should never second guess God. He puts the choices, people and paths in our lives for us to learn and grow to be what He wishes for us. And no matter what the choices we have or make in life are, the truth is that by the time all is said and done, we should have realized that we are what we are and who we are and the way we are because this is what God planned for us. Even our pain makes us special and enables us to be a catalyst in someone elses' life. We are above all a tool in His box, to do His will. I love you baby Coco and I am so proud of you. You are a very special person and I know that God has BIG plans for you. That is why He allowed you to gain so much wisdom from your life thus far!!!
